Time to go home!
We took the free shuttle from our hotel to the Airport Express Check-in Station. Then we took the airport train over to the actual airport about 20 minutes away. After another security check point, we were able to grab a quick lunch before boarding our long flight.
| Preparing for our longest Saturday ever. 😉 This was at 8am local time. We arrived home at 11:45pm, about 28 hours of traveling. 😧 |
| "That plane right there is taking me home!" |
To get a row with a bassinet, we ended up separated on the plae. Brynna sat with me and Juan while Alex & Braylee sat about 12 rows behind us. I figured it was fair that I be the one with the baby since Alex had entertained Beilyn most of the long flight home last time. 😊 Since we flew into Seattle, it was a little shorter (about 12 hours) this time vs flying into Chicago (17 hours on the plane with Beilyn!). Juan was a ROCKSTAR! She only fussed a total of 5 minutes the entire flight! She slept a little in the bassinet twice (yay!) and would have slept longer, but they made me get her out to "prepare the cabin for landing" when we were about an hour out.
