March Madness {Created for Care, Basketball, & more}

March was a busy and fun month!  I spent the first weekend in Atlanta with lots of my adoptive mom friends at the Created for Care conference.  I have been friends with these ladies online for years, but this was the first time meeting them in person.  We cried, prayed, and worshiped together, and laughed so hard I think I pulled a muscle.  It's a special bond for sure.
My roomies! We shared a cabin together. Kristi, me, Angie, Megan, and Brittany
There was snow on the ground at home, so we soaked in the sunshine!
Angie and I during craft time.

My dinner dates each night.
Casey & I both have 4 girls, including two each from China.
We thought for sure we'd get to travel together this last time but we ended up a week apart.
Mandy is one of my "oldest" AP mom friends!
She and I met when we were both heading to China the first time.
She's now in the process for her 3rd China sweetie!
So thankful I can text or call her anytime and she's always there to chat.
Jaclyn and I both have Nanchang sweeties and used AAC.
Erin, me, and Carla
Me, Laura Beth, and Mandy
These are my "Travel Spring 2012" friends from when we were all in process with our 1st adoptions. Laura Beth was my travel buddy down to Atlanta too. We literally didn't stop talking the entire trip! :)

I'm always amazed at the things the girls find to entertain themselves.  One night, Brynna joked about how she wished she could tape Brielle's mouth shut... you know how toddlers repeat the same phrase over and over again.  Anyway, next thing I know, they are playing "prisoners."  We laughed so hard! (It's painters tape so it didn't hurt their skin.)
She loves to play with her babies and give them snuggles.
She needs to snuggle her mommy too.

March 13~  Krista and I surprised the girls with tickets to see Cinderella on opening night. They loved it!

Beilyn started running a fever later that night, which meant she and I were stuck at home the rest of the weekend. Brielle still went to cheer on the Vikings at Regional with her daddy though. She's so cute!

March 16~ Beilyn had her very first visit to the dentist. She completely surprised me and did really well!  She is not very cooperative when I brush her teeth but thankfully, she had no cavities!

March 17~  Braylee went on a special date with her Pappy. He took her to dinner at one of her favorite places. Then she beat him at bowling. :)
St. Patrick's Day

We spent the weekend of March 21st and 22nd cheering the Vikings to a Semi-State win and celebrating March birthdays at my parents' house.
Checking out cousin Emilee's new puppies!
Beilyn loves to be wherever baby Mattinglee is. ♥
An unexpected gift arrived in the mail! My friend Angie and her husband made this for us! I was having a sad day that day but this brightened it for sure!
Alex and the girls surprised me after work on my birthday, March 25th!
The next day, Beilyn went to the podiatrist (to discuss her in-toeing and unique toe). She was a little unsure about being in that big chair all by herself.
She sure loves her bath time now!

The last weekend of March, we went to Indy for the State Finals!
Barr-Reeve won!
Next stop, Spring Break in Destin!
