Christmas at Grammy's

December 29, 2016~

We celebrated at my Grammy's house later in the week so family from out of state could make it.  It was hard because we knew it was our last Christmas in their house. 😥  A few days later, my Grammy would be moving to an apartment.  We tried to enjoy the evening without thinking too much about the inevitable move. (My grandparents moved there when my mom was in 8th grade....many years of amazing memories, including us getting married in their backyard just like my parents did.)
Beilyn with cousin Lauren
Grammy & my mom ♥
Grammy with the Great-grandkids
Missing a few and added in Lindsey & Nancy (Grammy & Gramps' best friends for 60 years)
My mom's family with Grammy.
Grammy and the grandkids, missing Brynne.
Four Generations
Aunt Beth, Grammy, my mom, and Uncle Tom
Haha! Tom's face! He was so annoyed with our talking and lack of focus on the game!
So thankful we could all be together. I love that house and all of the family who gathered in it. 💕

Christmas Day 2016

♥ Christmas morning with our girls ♥

She was so new and tiny last year that this felt more like her "1st Christmas."
They opened their stockings and Santa gifts before church.
Beilyn saw her sister coming... She grabbed everything up as fast as she could!
Hiding all of her new stuff from her baby sister. We need to work on sharing! 😄
After church with Sydney & Addie
I knew she'd be pumped when she saw the "purple flute" she had asked for!
When Brielle took a turn, Beilyn immediately started conducting! haha!
She loves it but we might have to hide it occasionally for everyone else's sanity.
The moment when she realized she had gotten a phone!
We had always told her she had to wait until she was 13. We knew this was our chance to surprise her! And when you have a kid like Braylee who makes parenting so easy, it's really fun to give her surprises!
(We already warned the other girls that this isn't a precedent.)
Her 1st call was from her dad. :)
She's the best little mommy!
Brynna has always gotten Braylee's hand-me down bikes so this one was pretty special!
Brunch with Papaw. Brynna even made place cards for us.
(Mamaw had to work and Alex's parents had other plans after church.)
Brielle said, "Mom, look! I look just like you!"
Love these couples so much! Lots of laughs!
I love our tradition of having a game night with Alex's brother's and cousins' families on Christmas evening.
All of our babies!
We hope you all had the Merriest of Christmases!
