More Christmases! {Gramma & Pappy's house & more}

We spent the rest of the week celebrating Christmas with Alex's side of the family.  On Wednesday evening, we gathered at church for the Swartzentruber Christmas. Tim put together a fun trivia game with most of the questions being specific to our extended family. Each round had different contestants and different prizes. Then on Friday evening, us adults had a fancy dinner out at French Lick vs giving gifts this year. We had a great time and will be making it a new tradition! It's always fun having Adam & Tristen home for the holidays too.  Saturday was Christmas at Gramma & Pappy's house! BellaMei fell asleep before lunch and missed opening gifts with everyone, but she has had a busy week so a good nap was needed. We all stuffed ourselves with Gramma's amazing cooking. Then we played some games and I'll admit the girls were sore losers. 😜

This summer, I plan to paint and redecorate their room. It's been this way since we moved in in March 2010.

Christmas Day

Christmas morning with all 6 of our girls at home. 💝 I did not take it for granted! We ate cinnamon rolls, watched the little girls cheer for bandaids and $5 hatchimals, and enjoyed seeing our teens still get excited about kid stuff too. The grandparents joined us for brunch and the girls showed them their gifts. In the evening, we went to Uncle Andre' and Aunt Mandi's house.  It was a perfect day!

Christmas Eve! {Mamaw & Papaw's house}

I love our tradition of Christmas Eve at my mom & dad's house. It's definitely one of my favorite days of the year! My mom's house always smells amazing, but add in the yummy holiday foods and it's heavenly! Each year, the house gets a little fuller! 💗
