It was quiet in the house as the big girls woke up and began to guess what Santa might have brought them. We waited patiently for the little girls to wake up and soaked in the smell of the cinnamon braid in the oven. I was especially excited for them to open their first gift from us!

| They normally open their stockings first, but no one complained when I asked them to open their big gift from mom and dad first. They had been wondering for weeks why Brynna & Brielle's name was on one box and the other 3 girls were on the other. |

| We're going to Disney! This is when Brielle asked, "When?" |
Their reactions were priceless! All day, they just kept saying, "I can't believe we are leaving in 4 days!" Several of the gifts they received were for the trip...new princess dresses, Minnie Mouse shirts, gift cards to buy souvenirs, etc.

Both sets of grandparents and Alex's brother Adam's family came over for brunch. The girls loved having Willow over to play.
Our evening plans changed because one of our nieces had the flu. So we spent the rest of the evening at home, putting away gifts and building Brynna's bookcase. It was a wonderful Christmas!
