Christmas Sunday 2014 {Granny & Pa's Christmas}

As a kid, it seemed like Christmases were so far apart. Now, the months fly by and I can't believe it is Christmas time again! Last year, I was longing for a little girl in China and this year, she is home celebrating with us. She's happy, comfortable in all the noise and chaos, and loving all of her new cousins. What a fun Christmas!
Our traditional picture with cousins/best friends, Sydney & Addison
My 1st/2nd grade Sunday School class.  I don't think Beilyn was amused. ha!
Beilyn's 1st Christmas! 💓 I love this little girly to pieces!
She must have had too many smarties during church. She was fired up!
I'm not quite sure why Beilyn is doing her sign for "work." 😆 She's a silly little girl.

After church, we went to my Granny & Pa's house for Christmas with my dad's side of the family.
The 4 yr olds- Hadlee, Brielle, and Kooper
Mattinglee Elise's 1st Christmas
Lots of help from her big sisters.
Onyx's 1st Christmas too!
Brielle & Hadlee received these "for real life" kitties. Brielle was so convinced they were real. 😊

Two peas in a pod.
Papaw & Mamaw watching all of the little ones open their gifts.
Granny & Pa with all but 2 of the great-grandbabies.

November & December in Pictures {And an RV!}

An update in pictures. Lots of pictures.
November 3rd- The little girls and I went to lunch with my mom and Grammy. They thought I was crazy to let her make a mess but look how much fun she was having! Plus, it kept her entertained while we talked.
A perfect example of the difference between Brielle's and Beilyn's personalities. 😊
November 7th- Reunited with a friend from Nanchang! Our friends adopted a little boy from the same orphanage as Beilyn. ♥
November 8th- Took the big girls to see Big Hero 6 at the newly-renovated, old theater downtown. We are so excited it reopened. The $2 nachos are awesome too.
November 13th- The first time Beilyn said, "Brrr!"
November 15th- Just a little bedhead after a rough night.
November 16th- The girls after church.
November 21st- Celebrating Addie's 7th birthday!
November 22nd- Brielle's first friend party. She had a blast!
November 24th- I thought for sure we'd have broken ornaments everywhere with this little mess maker, but she's done really well with the Christmas trees!
November 26th- Headed to cheer on Barr-Reeve at the first game of the season. Another 1st for Beilyn!
November 27th- Loving on her daddy
Thanksgiving at my brother's house.
November 28th- The day after Thanksgiving, we did some unique Black Friday shopping. We went to look at motorhomes!
The girls' favorite part is the bunk.
We ended up buying it the next week. Yep, we are now RV people! 😀 Lots of memories to be made!
November 30th- The girls and some of their friends went caroling in our neighborhood.
December 4th- Celebrating Alex's birthday!
December 7th- Just because she's cute!
December 10th- Sydney & Braylee at their school Christmas program.
With Mamaw & Papaw
December 11th- Miss Beilyn got her ears pierced! She was pretty apprehensive as soon as the lady put her gloves on.
I always make Mamaw hold them. 😉
It wasn't long and she was back to her cheery self!
They were great holiday shoppers!
December 12th- Painting! She painted everything, including her face.
This was so cute! Alex went down on the bench to coach his 5th graders at half-time and Brielle said, "Daddy is going to sit with the boys instead of us??!!" Bless her heart!
Braylee and her friends participated in a cheer clinic at the game too.
December 13th- This might have been the least excited Santa I have ever met. 😆 It was free at Walmart and the girls didn't seem to notice.
December 14th- We took the girls on a little ice cream run in the RV before we put it in storage for the winter.
December 18th- Brynna did a little Christmas dance at a local nursing home.
December 19th- Such a cutie. She looks like she walked straight out of a Charlie Brown cartoon. 😊
After going to see Christmas lights with friends, we surprised my parents with some caroling.
December 20th- Two of my friends and I took our big girls to see Shrek the Musical.
It was so funny! The girls loved it!
