Golf Regional

It was a cold day, but Braylee did well!  She finished 4th out of the 18 girls who had advanced from our Sectional, was 7th out of the 18 girls who had advanced individually from throughout southern Indiana, and finished 49th out of the 106 girls overall.  We are really proud of how she finished out her Sophomore year!

She only had one major hiccup today, which I think hurt worse knowing she has birdied that hole (#18) before, but she didn't let it get her down and went on to par the next two holes.  In Regional, they play from the white tees and must play the ball where it lies, which makes it harder than in regular season matches and Sectional play, but it didn't seem to phase Braylee at all.  We had a blast watching her out there today! It was at Country Oaks (our home course) and she had a big cheering section, which added to the excitement. Aunt Mandi captured some awesome shots of Braylee in action!
Braylee teed off on Hole #10, but I missed the first few holes since I was at home with Brielle and her friends. Braylee was probably wishing I had stayed home after I gave a big "Woohoo" with this tee shot on Hole #14. 😄 Her ball landed about 5 ft from the pin.

Double Digits {Brielle's Tie-Dye Party}

Happy {early} 10th Birthday to Brielle! She had her 1st friends sleepover party! They tie-dyed shirts, giggled over the gift of a whoopee cushion, ate way too much sugar, and talked non-stop. She has the sweetest friends!
Their shirts turned out great! (Molly Jo had already left.)
Beilyn's shirt is my favorite! She did it all by herself!! Hearing the other girls ooh and ahh over something Beilyn created made my heart so happy! They were so sweet to include her in all the fun.
