Wednesday, Mandi and I took pictures of the grandkids together. They are so adorably cute! Poor Gabe is out-numbered though! ;) Mandi posted more pictures on her blog if you want to see them.

I love this one of Gabe. :)
Yesterday, the girls had a Halloween party at daycare. Brynna wore her pink princess dress that she wore at her birthday party and Braylee was Little Red Riding Hood. As of Wednesday, Braylee hadn't decided yet what she wanted to be. My friend Susie and I were discussing how our two oldest daughters hadn't yet decided on a costume, and she offered some of her girls' old ones. They were ALL super cute! So, Braylee decided to wear the red one yesterday and is going as Little Bo Peep tonight. :) Not only did Braylee have a party at daycare, but she went trick-or-treating with her pre-school class too. Due to the weather, they only went to one place outside and then went around to different classrooms.
Last night, we went to church for the Reformation Party. The kids learned about Martin Luther and the significance of his 95 Theses that started the Protestant Reformation. It's important for our children to learn to stand up for what they believe in even though they will face persecution. There were several stations set up throughout the fellowship hall. Each of the stations included a story about Martin Luther's life and a game. They also received a candy treat at each station. The costumes revolved around 1500's attire. While I doubt they wore pink and lavender, I figured their princess dresses somewhat resembled the dresses they wore back then. ;)

For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. Ephesians 2:8-9
