Brielle & Beilyn's Mulan Party {Sept 27, 2014}

Our little Chinese princesses share the same birthday, exactly 2 years apart!  We were so excited to celebrate them, especially since it would be Beilyn's first birthday with us.

Brielle fell in love with Mulan last year. It is at least a weekly event for Brielle to watch Mulan or Mulan 2 at our house. After meeting Mulan at Disney World, she decided she needed to have a Mulan birthday party.

December 1, 2013

I wanted to decorate with red and gold for China but Brielle was certain pink needed be one of the colors. :) It was her party so we went with her request. We had fancy fortune cookies, "sushi" (made from rice krispies and fruit roll ups), egg rolls, and chopsticks to add to our theme.

The character I made for the front of the cake is Fu. It happens to be Brielle's surname but it is a very common character in Chinese meaning "good fortune" or as we would say- Blessing. What a blessing our youngest daughters have been to our family!

The kids found unique ways to use their chopsticks. I LOVE that my girls get to grow up with all of these cousins!

Beilyn is completely fascinated with babies. She adores Mattinglee. ♥

Happy 4th Birthday, Brielle AnnaMeng!

She wasn't the least bit shy with all the attention. It made me a little emotional watching her. She has the sweetest personality. I pray her birth family has peace that she is loved and healthy!

Happy 2nd Birthday, Beilyn AnnaKai!

This was so sweet. I just told them to get down there with their presents and this is how they sat. ♥

The girls received lots of sweet gifts! They had so much fun!

Then we decided Beilyn needed to do a little smash cake since it was her first birthday with us. She was so funny licking the icing.

More celebrating to come on their actual birthday!
